4. Analysis tools and advertising

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
With reCAPTCHA we intend to verify if the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human being or by an automatic program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically, as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For this analysis reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. the userīs IP address, the website visitorīs retention time on our website or the userīs mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses are carried out completely in the background. Website visitors will not be notified that an analysis takes place.
The data processing is based on article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its websites from abusive automatic spying and SPAM.
